The best part of our shipping and handling policy is that there is no shipping cost to you within the United States for all orders over $59.99 (Shipping is free)! Now after saying that here are the rules: 1. Order must be $59.99 or more. 2. all orders will be shipped by standard ground postage of our choice usually Priority mail.
SHIPPING TIME
We will do everything possible to ship the same day we receive your order, however sometimes it may take 2-3 days to process your order. Once the order has been shipped it should take 2-3 business days using priority mail, with exception of very heavy items that could take up to 14 working days. We are located on the West Coast, so for East Coast, Hawaii and Alaska your shipping time could be longer.
All customers will be sent a confirmation by e-mail when they enter their order and again when the order is finalized.

Return and exchange policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is very important to us. We sell only new merchandise and can not resell items that have been worn by other customers. The standard policy within the costumes community has always been no refunds or exchanges unless items are damaged or size is wrong. We double check every item before it leaves our facilities for workmanship, but if you receive an item that is damaged or size is wrong we will make every attempt to remedy these two problems, however, there are NO REFUNDS.
All items considered for return or exchanges because of damage or size must have an authorization number on the outside of shipping return box. To obtain return authorization numbers please e-mail party.props@verizon.net . All returns must be postmarked no later than 5 days after original receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be in original packaging including any instructions and be in good condition, and unworn. If you remove the tags or throw away the original packaging, we will be unable to exchange your purchases. After inspection an exchange will be made. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Shipping costs are not refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs and cost of shipping new item.. If we sent you defective or incorrect merchandise we will pay shipping cost of replacement pieces. Please note due to obvious health reasons and hygiene regulations the following items CANNOT be returned: make-up, wigs, wig caps, moustaches, socks, teeth, tights, panties, briefs, and hot pants.
We appreciate your business and understand that shopping over the internet is not the same as shopping in our store. We try to carry only merchandise that we are proud of and think that the manufactures that we work with are producing a well made item with good materials and workmanship. Much of the merchandise that we sell is manufactured within the USA.
